Soundop is digital software for Windows. We provide a free trial and a demo mode so customers can evaluate the software and confirm that it meets their needs before purchasing.

As Soundop is delivered digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We understand that mistakes or exceptional circumstances may occur. If you believe your purchase warrants a refund, please contact sales@ivosight.com with your order details and an explanation of your request.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any discretionary refund is subject to our review and approval.

Soundop purchases are processed by FastSpring, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Approved refunds are processed through FastSpring.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
