stop playback effect till improve pls
#1
Greetings,
While working with PreSonus Studio One, I noticed that the effect tail plays perfectly, allowing me to hear 100% of the processed sound, including reverb or delay tails after playback stops. However, in Soundop, the effect tail does not seem to play back fully, which makes it difficult to assess time-based effects accurately.
Additionally, I believe the overall mixing process in Soundop could be further improved for a more professional workflow. Enhancing these aspects would greatly benefit users, especially those working with intricate audio production and mastering tasks.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and whether these features could be improved or added in future updates.

Hi,

Please enable the option to play the effect tail in Soundop.

We welcome your suggestions for Soundop.

Best regards.

Hi,

We have tested but could not find the difference. Could you give more details?

Thank you.
Best regards.

The topic is a bit critical to explain, but I’m still trying to make a video to demonstrate it more clearly. Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for the video.

We have reviewed the video, and the differences in the spectrograms of the exported files are due to variations in the MP3 encoders. The file created by Studio One uses a higher bitrate and applies a low-pass filter to eliminate high frequencies during encoding. We will assess whether we need to improve our MP3 encoder in future versions.

Best regards.

You mentioned high bitrate but it doesn't really matter. That's why the stop playback effect till doesn't sound right after encoding.
