Sample rate issue with "save as" option

The edited audio file, select Save As, the sample rate and bit rate of the pop-up menu are not the sample rate and bit rate settings of the currently edited audio（img01）。

Other software will change the sampling rate and bit rate according to the sampling rate and bit rate of the currently edited audio file
