Ctrl + Click and drag on rulers to zoom to a range

To zoom to a specific range on rulers, such time ruler in waveform editor, frequency meter in spectrum editor and Frequency Analysis panel, and meters in Phase Analysis pane, you can Ctrl + click and drag on the ruler to select the range to zoom to it.
