some feature suggestions
I tried the update. Try to record something and you'll find the same thing as I: You can't hear what you are about to record as you can't engage first pause and then rec. Now you have to click rec first and then pause, but then you have already recorded something you did not want to. That creates unnecessary editing work and can be quite frustrating. If you could enable this use scenario, it would be very convenient:

1. Press pause, pause becomes engaged
2. Press rec, rec becomes engaged and you start to hear the monitored audio, but recording doesn't start yet
3. Press pause again to release it, recording starts the moment you want it to start, while listening the signal all the time.

Hi,

Please use the Meter Input command to monitor input before recording start.

Best regards.

While working with some 4 channel true stereo impulse response files I was reminded that Soundop can't edit multichannel files. Or it rather seems to open a 4 channel wav file but shows only the two first channels. Would it be hard to implement editing and creating multi channel files?

Hi,

Thanks for your inquiry.

Soundop does not support multi-channel audio currently. It will take some time to implement this feature. We will consider adding it in future versions.

Best regards.
