Ajust selection according to zero crossings for audio editing

At version 1.3.1.0, Soundop add support for adjusting selection according to zero crossings of audio data. It works for both mono and stereo audio file.
To perform such operation, choose menu item under Edit -> Zero Crossings or use corresponding keyboard shortcuts.
